Kitojo Guest cottages, formerly Kitojo Tourist Home, is a suitable bed and breakfast accommodation facility for guests seeking to have their holiday in Fort Portal or Kibale National Park region, Uganda.  Owned and run by a Ugandan family of Rev. Ezra and his wife Marjorie Musobozi, the guest cottages have been upgraded to offer accommodation with a superior blend of comfort, relaxation, beauty and tranquility. Secluded on top of Kitojo hill, the guest cottages command stunning views of the Ruwenzori Mountain and the lush green farm land of the beautiful country side of Western Uganda. The singing of the different birds, the conspicuous red tailed monkeys in the neighboring forest and compound, the beautifully landscaped garden and the hearty hospitality of a Ugandan family add to the ambiance of the guest cottages

Yet there is something more for guests who wish to make their visit more than a holiday in a hotel. Kitojo guest cottages provides an opportunity for guests to interact with the local community through guided home visits, exposure to local arts, and participation in local activities that contribute to more understanding of the social economic life of the people. This is done through mutual collaboration with Kitojo Integrated Development Association (KIDA), a local community nonprofit organization with a view of promoting community tourism.
